Here are brief explanations for some of the questions that you may have about the Fixture Exchange.
All browsers may view the fixtures that are advertised on the Fixture Exchange. However to advertise new fixtures offered or required you need to register here. Registration is free and is very simple. Once registered, you will receive an email with your username and password. Most of the functions listed in this help section only apply once you have logged into the system.
Once logged in you are able to add new fixtures or edit or delete your own advertised fixtures.
Click the "Search Fixtures" button at the top of the page. You may search by Region, County or both. If you select a Region to begin, only the Counties in that region will appear in the dropdown menu for that region. You may also specify a date range of fixtures to choose from.
Once logged in you will see the "Add fixture" link at the top of the page. You will then be taken to a simple form to complete. Click on the date field and a calendar 'pop up' to choose your date. The other requirements are in dropdown menus, excepting notes which may be added.

Your fixture may not have appeared because you specified search criteria that does not appear in your post.
Once logged in you will see "My fixtures" link at the top of the page. This takes you to a page with simple instructions. You may not change the date of a fixture. A new date is "Add fixture".
Your search criteria may have been too narrow. Go back to the search form and leave more of the search fields blank, or click on the "New Search" button and broaden your search criteria.
All of the fixtures advertised will list either the e-mail address of the person who posted the fixture or their phone number. The e-mail listings are also links, so you can click on the person's e-mail address to send the person a reply message.
